Medical Services

Medical services are coordinated through Gundersen Family Health Center under the direction of Chrishaven medical director

All Services provided are evaluated on a yearly or as needed basis and incorporate the evolving goals and objectives of each individual resident.

Staffing Patterns

Residents are offered technical assistance and supervision through a rotating shift of paraprofessional staff. Staffing patterns generally consist of 3 staff members to 8 residents during the waking hours, with 1 awake overnight staff during sleeping hours. Chrishaven insures adequate staff to meet the needs of each resident, and draws from all available community resources in the implementation of program services.
