Chrishaven employs individuals to assist in providing skills training to the residents of our homes.  Minimum qualifications for a position in direct care includes a high school diploma with some post high school education or relevant work experience.

• Director/Social Worker – BS/LCSW
• Training Coordinator – RN & Certified Trainer
• Program Coordinator – Overseeing operation of all homes
• Assistant Program Coordinators – Daily operation in each home
• Client Coordinators – Direct Care Work with residents in each facility
